Learn about court rules, local rules and “local local rules.”  Prof. Minkoff’s “I’m Going to Court” session will cover the essential sources you’ll want to have bookmarked to make sure you follow critical court rules. This session is a great choice for anyone who will be externing in a placement that involves trial work, whether you are at the PD/DA offices, a judicial clerkship, a private litigation firm, or a government agency.
