LAWS Research Session Class Description

Admin Law 101 TEST In-Person

Do you plan to work or extern at an administrative body such as the California Attorney General’s Licensing Division?  Do you have an interest in cannabis law or vocational licenses?  Feel the power of the administrative state!  Get to know the third branch of government, who controls so many aspects of our lives.  In this session, Professor Hall will familiarize you with the administrative process and how proposed rules are opened to the general public for comments (which are surprisingly more productive than the usual comment sections on the Internet).  Thrill to the quasi-legislative and quasi-judicial powers of administrative agencies and see how they have changed the U.S. and California for the better.  This session is great for students interested in any form of administration law.
